Absolutely. Evergreen Home Cleaning is a fully licensed LLC in Washington state and carries liability insurance. Your home and belongings are protected while we work.

The owner, Oleh, personally handles every cleaning. No random crews or subcontractors — just one dedicated professional who knows your home and delivers consistent quality every visit.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Bonney Lake, WA and serve the greater Pierce County and South King County areas, including Puyallup, Lake Tapps, Sumner, Auburn, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley, and surrounding communities.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations at no charge. Same-day cancellations incur a $40 fee. If we arrive and cannot access the home, the full service price applies.

How do recurring discounts work?

Recurring discounts apply to Standard Cleaning only: Weekly saves 15%, Bi-weekly saves 10%, and Monthly saves 5%. The discount is applied automatically to every visit. Use our price calculator above to see exact pricing for your home size.

When is payment due?

Payment is due immediately after the service is completed. For recurring clients, payment is due within 24 hours. A $15/day late fee applies after that. We accept all major payment methods.
